How long does a house extension take in Essex?
Most house extensions take 10 to 20 weeks depending on size, ground conditions and complexity. Larger projects with structural steelwork or premium finishes may take longer. Before your build begins, a clear timeline is provided so you know exactly what to expect from start to completion.
Do I need planning permission for an extension?

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Essex?
Kitchen renovation costs vary based on size, cabinetry quality, worktops, structural changes and appliance choices. Basic updates may start around £8,000 to £12,000, while full redesigns with high-end finishes typically range between £15,000 and £30,000+. A tailored quote is always offered after a site visit.
What types of garden rooms do you build?
